Opportunity Bank Uganda Spreads Christmas Joy At Good Samaritan Inclusive Primary School, Nasuuti
This Christmas season, Opportunity Bank Uganda brought hope, warmth, and festive cheer to the learners of Good Samaritan Inclusive Primary School, Nasuuti, a school serving children with disabilities (PWDs) in Mukono District.
Aligned with its mission to transform and uplift the lives of ordinary individuals, Opportunity Bank Uganda marked the holiday season by giving back to the community and supporting vulnerable children. This initiative reflects the Bank’s core values of commitment, humility, respect, innovation, service, and trust, and reinforces its dedication to social responsibility and inclusive development.
To ensure the learners experienced the true spirit of Christmas, Opportunity Bank Uganda donated mattresses, dust bins, food items, and sanitary supplies, addressing both welfare and hygiene needs at the school. The day was further filled with joy as the children shared a Christmas cake, drinks, and story time, creating a warm and memorable celebration centered on care, connection, and belonging.
The excitement was evident in the children’s smiles and laughter as they took part in the festivities, reminding everyone present of the power of compassion and inclusion. Beyond the material support, the visit offered reassurance, encouragement, and a sense of dignity to the learners and their caregivers.
