- Certied certificate of registration
- Byelaws/ Constitution/ Memorandum of Understanding
- Resolution to open an account with Opportunity Bank and signatories
- Minutes signed off by members/Signing mandate/
- Recommendation from the Community Development Officer/ CAO
- Minimum balance of UGX 10,000
- Search fees UGX 60,000
- 2 passport photos for each signatory
- A copy of the national ID for each signatory
