School Improvement Loans
Opportunity Bank Uganda Ltd provides School Improvement Loans to support small and medium-sized educational institutions in Uganda. These loans are specifically designed to assist schools in improving their infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and overall educational environment.
Features
- Any Financing to Schools for the purpose of building, Salary or Bill Payments, properrty etc
- Loan Amount: Above UGX 20M-UGX 1.3 Billion
- Loan duration: 3-60 Months
- Repayment Frequency: Termly, but dependant on Cash Flow
Requirements
- Set Up Fees 4.3% of the Loan Amount
- Free Insurance
- Application Fees 20,000 for loans upto UGX 50M and 50,000 for loans above 50M payable at application
- CRB Search fees UGX 15,000 payable at appication
- Stamp Duty UGX 15,000 for loans above UGX 3M
- Securities: A combination or two or more of the following: Fixed Deposits, Chattels, Motor Vehicle log books, Land titles and agreements, Debentures
- Interest rate : Reducing Balance
